Becoming a Trainer
Our DICA Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification program provides your staff with the skills to teach our DICA course to your employees. Trainers will learn how to present the classroom and the hands-on portions of the curriculum, how to assess employee knowledge of the material, how to provide constructive feedback to each driver, and how to improve their driving skills using DICA techniques.
This DICA Train-the-Trainer can take place at either one of our or at your locations. It is a 4-day training. In the Covid era, to promote safety and distancing, we are doing only 3 trainees per training session.
Our professional trainers will spend the 4 days reinforcing DSE Safety's 4 Driving Habits to ensure you do as you preach. In addition, each trainee gets to enhance their braking, weight transfer, cornering, and incident avoidance techniques to ensure they can not only explain but also evaluate their students.
